    By using the information, tools, features and functionality located on www.francetude.com (together the \u201cService\u201d or the \u201cServices\u201d), you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the Terms, whether you are a \u201cVisitor\u201d (which means that you simply browse the Franc\u00e9tude website) or you are a \u201cCustomer\u201d (which means that you have registered with Franc\u00e9tude). The term \u201cyou\u201d or \u201cUser\u201d refers to a Visitor or a Customer. The term \u201cwe\u201d refers to Franc\u00e9tude. The term \u201cMaterial\u201d refers to all class materials used in our classes. If you wish to become a Customer, communicate with other Customers and\/or make use of the Service, you must read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance during the registration process.<\/p>\n

    Franc\u00e9tude has the right to modify this Agreement and any policies affecting or pertaining to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following notice of the Agreement modification will be considered an acceptance of the modified terms and conditions of use. Your recourse upon dissatisfaction with the modified terms of use is to cancel your subscription by following the instructions set out above. You agree to notify Franc\u00e9tude of any unauthorized use of your Franc\u00e9tude Account. In order for the Service to function effectively, you must also keep your registration information up to date and accurate. If you do not do this, the accuracy and effectiveness of the Service to you will be affected.<\/p>\n

    In our sole and absolute discretion, we may terminate your Account, or modify, reclaim or remove any username associated with your Account, for any reason (including for reasons related to unlawful or unauthorized usage) and we are under no obligation to retain a record of your Account or any data or information that you may have stored by means of the Account and\/or the Services.<\/p>\n

    Your access and use of www.francetude.com may be interrupted from time to time for any of several reasons, including, without limitation, the malfunction of equipment, periodic updating, maintenance or repair of www.francetude.com or other actions that Francetude, in its sole discretion, may elect to take.
